Lydia

As a Teacher, Behavior Analyst, and KonMari Consultant, Lydia brings a refreshing perspective to any project. She was born craving structure, but learned through trial and tribulation that growth is a two way street. Lydia had to first deep dive to find out what sparks joy in her life before she could help others do the same. She now helps clients of all ages achieve independence, learn new skills, understand themselves, and interact with their environments in ways that they never thought possible.

Sessions

Surrounding space, inner dialogue, and past life experiences are intertwined. Therefore, sessions are designed to build strengths from the inside out, and outside in. The overarching theme: less mental and physical clutter leads to more time for what sparks joy. Lydia will help you outline your patterns of behavior and space, then take steps with you to achieve your goals.

  • Adults, teens, children

  • Home, office, small business

Method

Behavior Analysis, Minimalism, KonMari Method all agree: your environment impacts what you do and what you think. Surround yourself with things you love, your thoughts will follow. Maintain a clutter-free space, engage in more activities you enjoy. Make decisions based in gratitude and live a life beyond your wildest dreams. Utilized methods emphasize skill generalization and maintenance, so the objective is for each client to gain independence in all strategies.
